摘    要:
秦皇岛港煤一期皮带机原来用2台电功机驱动,有较大浪费,为此进行了改造。介绍了带式输送机多机起动,单机助力的设计思路。介绍了皮带机所需功率的验算方式以及硬件系统的改造。改造后取得显著的节电效果。

Abstract:
Originally the belt conveyer of Coal Terminal(Phase 1) of Qinhuangdao Port were driven by 2 engines,which was a waste of power.So a reform has been carried out.This paper introduces a design thought that having the belt conveyer driven by multi engines and run by one engine.Also it introduces the calulating method of the power needed by the belt conveyer and the reform of the hardware system.It has good results of electricity saving after reform.
