| 摘 要： | 研制出具有低杂散电感的水冷IGCT相构件模块;制作了1台IGCT变流器试验机组,进行了三相逆变试验,试验结果显示,与同类GTO变流器相比,性能有较大的提高。

| Abstract: | IGCT water-cooled phase module with low stray inductance is developed and one IGCT converter prototype is made with which 3-phase inverting test is carried out. Test results show that the performance of IGCT converter is improved a lot as compared to that of similar GTO converter. |
