急性颅脑损伤患者血清和脑脊液酶活性的改变

本文对80例急性颅脑损伤患者血清和脑脊液CPK、LDH、GOT以及LAP活性作了测定。结果表明,急性颅脑损伤患者后当天和伤后第1天血清和脑脊液CPK、LDH活性以及脑脊液GOT活性显著升高(P<0.05),而伤后当天的血清和脑脊液酶活性与急性颅脑损伤的脑损伤程度和患者预后则无明显相关(P>0.05)。故我们认为,外伤后早期血清和脑脊液CPK、LDH活性以及脑脊液GOT活性可作为急性颅脑损伤诊断的一项辅助指标,至于脑脊液酶活性对判断急性颅脑损伤的脑损伤程度和患者预后的价值尚待继续探讨。

SERUM AND CEREBROSPINAL FLUID ENZYMATIC MODIFI CATIONS IN THE PATIENTS WITH ACUTE HEAD INJURY

The activities of CPK. LDH, GOT and LAP in se-rum and CSF were measurd in 80 patients with acutehead injury. The results show that the activities ofCPK and LDH in serum and CSF as well as GOT inCSF are markedly increased within 24 h and the firstday following traume (P<0.05), and there is mean-while no significant correlation bettween the enzymatic ac-tivities in serym and CSF and the severity of braindamage and the outcome of the patients with acutehead injury (P>0.05). Consequently, it is consideredthat the determinations of CPK and LDH in serum andCSF as well as GOT in CSF can be used as an earlydiagnostic index after acute head injury. As fcr the realvalue of the enzymatic avtivities in CSF for assessingthe severity of brain injury and the prognosis of the pa-tients with acute head injury we need a further study.
