摘    要:港口混凝土结构常需采取一些特殊措施来提高结构的耐久性。近年来,试验室研究结果已充分证明采用硅烷憎水表面处理技术提高混凝土结构的耐久性是可靠的,并且该技术在实际工程中已得到越来越多的应用。在实际工程中,由于现场条件的限制,施工质量对上述混凝土表面防护措施的有效性会产生显著影响。因此,科学评价现场硅烷憎水表面防护技术的施工效果是合理预测应用该技术的港口混凝土结构的耐久性和使用寿命的前提。本项目现场调查分析了某新建码头混凝土结构硅烷憎水处理的实际施工效果(包括混凝土保护层厚度、硅烷浸渍渗透深度、内部钢筋自然电位等参数的现场详细调查),为港口环境下混凝土码头硅烷憎水处理的施工提供重要数据,并为硅烷憎水处理混凝土结构在海洋环境下的耐久性和使用寿命设计奠定基础。

Abstract:Port concrete structures usually need specific protections to improve their durability.In recent years,the silane-based water repellent agents have been used widely for the surface treatment of concrete structures and reliability of this technology has been demonstrated through extensive laboratory tests.However,in the engineering practice,the effectiveness of water repellent treatment may be significantly influenced by the construction performance due to many uncertain restraints on the construction site.Therefore,it is significant to evaluate appropriately the construction performance for the durability and service life design of port concrete structures with water repellent treatment.This paper expounds the results of a detailed investigating program on a newly built port structure,the surface of which was treated with water repellent agents from the concrete cover depth,the silane penetration depth,and the half-cell potential of the internal steel reinforcement.The observation has facilitated important information for the future construction of port concrete structures and laid a solid foundation for the durability and service life design of water repellent concrete structures exposed to marine environments.
