| 摘 要： | 水电收费管理系统是在分析现行人工水电收费的现状和存在问题的基础上开发而成的,它把水电管理工作纳入到计算机一体化处理的轨道上.阐述了水电收费管理系统的编程思路、设计原理、工作原理、组网方法和主要功能,对该系统开发运用中应注意的问题进行了分析.
