多绕组变压器及简易井口平台供电模式和应用

摘    要:目前,边际油田简易井口平台在海洋石油工程中所占比重越来越大,而传统的井口平台供电模式为"主变压器辅以一对一的电潜泵变压器组合"的方式,占地大,费用高.研究了如何使用多绕组变压器的简易井口平台供电模式,以替代传统井口平台供电模式.并以某渤海某油田为例进行模拟设计,与传统供电模式进行对比.采用多绕组变压器及简易井口供电模式可减少电气设备,节约平台面积,还可减轻平台重量,减少投资费用及海上安装工程量,与传统供电模式相比具有更好的经济效益.

Abstract:Threr are more and more simple platforms in offshore engineering, where traditional power distribution mode of the platform is one main transformer together with more transformers for electrical submersible pumps. However,this traditional power distribution mode needs large space and requires a lot of project cost. In this article, we study the simple platform power distribution mode using multi-winding transformers, instead of traditional mode. And taking an oil field as example, current design is compared with the traditional mode. We can decrease equipments, save spaces,save costs and reduce the amount of installation works offshore by using this simple mode.
