摘    要:箱梁施工中混凝土产生裂缝是影响产品质量的重要因素之一,简述了混凝土温度收缩裂缝产生的机理,结合甬台温铁路客运专线32m后张法预应力混凝土箱梁在移动模架上现浇施工的工程实例。按照温度控制方案,分时段、全过程实施监控量测,分析、总结了箱梁施工温度控制技术。对类似工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The crack of concrete is an important factor affecting the quality of box beam construction. In this paper, the mechanism of temperature crack is briefly explained, and based on the construction of the 32 m PT concrete box beam casting on moving formwork in YongTaiWen Passenger Special Railway Line, a whole process observation in periods is conducted and the temperature control measures are analyzed and summarized, which provides reference for similar works.
