| 摘 要： | 社会经济的快速发展和WTO的加入对铁路货运提出了更多更高的要求,铁路货运能力的严重不足制约经济和现代物流的发展。在货物运输能力含义和影响因素的基础上分析了铁路货运在能力方面所面临的形势和存在的问题,针对问题提出了应采取的措施。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of social economy and the entrance into WTO bring forward much more and higher demands on railway freight transport.The severe lack of traffic capacity has restricted the development of economy and modern logistics.Based on the meanings and influence factors of transit capacities, the author analyses the situations and problems which railway freight transport presently faces,and puts forward the corresponding measures for solving the problems. |
