摘    要:通过七块CRTSⅡ型无砟轨道轨道板的静载和疲劳试验,发现轨道板在开裂前基本处于弹性状态,其控制截面实测应变值与实体单元、板单元有限元模型的理论计算结果较为吻合,而与初等梁理论的计算结果在轨下截面偏差较大;轨道板的静力强度均满足规范要求,但疲劳强度需进一步加强,施工过程中应加强对预应力工序的控制。

Abstract:Static and fatigue test of seven CRTS Ⅱ ballastless track slabs were conducted. The results showed that the track slabs were in the elastic state before crack occurred. The measured normal strains at control sections were consistent with the theoretical results of solid elements or plate elements finite element model. However, the measured strain of section under track was much less than the results of the elementary beam theory. The static strengths of all specimens can meet the specification while the fatigue strength needs to be enhanced, and the tensioning procedure of prestressed tendon should be well controlled in construction.
