| 摘 要： | 三十多年来中国经济飞速发展,高校扩招,高等教育步入大众化教育阶段,加之,新时期经济转型的加速,社会就业的压力十分巨大。加强在校大学生创业能力的培养对于缓解就业压力,意义凸显。本文从大学生创业能力培养的意义,存在的问题和对策等几方面作些思考,以作抛砖引玉之引。

| Abstract: | Nowadays ,college students undertake high employment pressure because of speed‐ing of economic transformation and enrollment expansion w hich makes higher education step into mass education period .Strengthening the cultivation of college students＆#39;entrepreneurial competence is becoming more and more meaningful .Aiming to promote more study ,the au‐thor presents his thought on the significance , problem and solution of cultivating college students＆#39;entrepreneurial competence . |
