| Abstract: | The psychological diathesis is one of the most important parts in the comprehensive quality of seamen .This article analyzes the importance of the psychological diathesis of sea‐men ,points out the requirements to the psychological diathesis of seamen ,and puts forwards the measures to improve the psychological diathesis of seamen from the personals ,families , schools and companies . |
