| 摘 要： | 习语是语言中的精华，传达着社会文化发展的信息。中西文化背景的不同导致习语表达法的差异。本文就英汉习语进行对比，从语用翻译的角度出发，结合翻译理论总结习语翻译的几种策略。文章指出：归化与异化是对立同一的，在翻译过程中，应当恰当地将两种方法结合起来。

| Abstract: | Idiom is the essence of language; it reflects the development of society and culture. This paper first compares English idioms with Chinese idioms, and then focuses on the translation strategies of idioms from the perspective of pragmatic translation, the last part points out that domestication should be combined with foreignization when dealing with idiom translation. |
