| 摘 要： | 事业心的普遍缺失已经成为现阶段我国导游队伍建设一个不容忽视的问题，本文分析了导游队伍建设的现状，探讨了其事业心缺失的原因，并提出了改善导游从业环境，改革导游薪酬制度和导游等级晋升制度等相应措施。
