| 摘 要： | 在金融危机的艰难形势下,物流管理为造船企业提供了新的管理思想与方法。它可以充分挖掘造船企业内部潜能来缩短造船周期、降低造船成本、提高企业竞争力。本文根据现代造船企业自身的特点,提出了现代造船企业实施物流管理的主要方向和途径,为造船企业提高管理水平提供了参考。
