摘    要:本文分析了焊接变形产生的原因和种类,强调在船体设计、结构设计、施工工艺等方面如何控制焊接变形,总结控制船体焊接变形方法和矫正的工艺方法。

Abstract:hull structure is a typical welded structure.According to statistics,In the modern shipbuilding the welding workload in the total construction of the hull is about 40%.Welding quality and productivity of a direct impact on hull construction cycle,cost and performance.This paper analyzes the causes of welding deformation and variety of stresses in the hull design,structural design,construction techniques,such as how to control the welding deformation,sum up the hull welding deformation correction method and process methods.
