| 摘 要： | 海上运输以船舶为载体,因此船舶物权制度是海商法的基本制度之一,具有十分重要的意义.船舶优先权制度是船舶物权制度的重要内容,虽然它并非居于核心地位,但却是船舶物权中最富争议的领域,始终令人产生兴趣.其中船舶保险赔偿金是否可作为船舶优先权的标的也充满争议,即船舶优先权的物上代位性,本文就其进行了相关讨论.
