| Abstract: | Strategy implementation is the process of transforming strategy planning into the effectiveness of practical reality.Through analyses on the logical relationships between strategy analysis,strategy planning,strategy assessment and strategy implementation,the major tasks of strategy implementation and 4 basic rules to be followed have been put forward,and systems construction and mechanism innovation of strategy implementation have also been discussed. |
