| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the commonly-used methods and problems in the process of distributing scholarships and stipends at college.Analytic hierarchic process method in which analytic hierarchic models are created is presented in this paper.With this easily-operating method,the problem of quantifying factors is effectively solved and a reasonable distributing scheme is achieved.？ |
