| 摘 要： | 介绍了船用柴油机涡轮增压器喘振的常见原因和机理,结合某轮船舶涡轮增压器喘振故障的排除过程,通过理论分析,找出了各缸供油不均衡导致涡轮增压器与柴油机匹配失衡,是引发所在船舶柴油机涡轮增压器喘振的一个根本原因,在采取相应措施消除涡轮增压器的喘振后,对此类船用主柴油机与涡轮增压器匹配的维护管理提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the common reasons and the mechanism of surge on turbocharger of marine diesel engine,according to the elimination process of the surge of turbocharger of the main engine.And it finds that the unbalance between the turbocharger and the diesel engine match which is the real reason for the surge of turbocharger.Upon taking some measures,the faults are eliminated and some views are given on daily maintenance of turbocharger. |
