船舶避碰辅助转舵系统的设计与实现

摘    要:分析避碰规则,根据不同会遇局面选择不同转舵方案,以软件的形式与舵机相连,对驾驶员在避碰过程中的误操作行为报警,并以默认的转舵方向和舵角代替驾驶员实施避碰决策.

Abstract:After analyzing the International Regulations For Preventing Collisions at Sea,1972,the author applies different methods according to the different meeting situations into the system which is connected with steering engine.When the sailor takes the wrong action,the system will alarm and steers in the right way to avoid ship collision.
