构建具有高职特色的学生活动文化体系

学生活动文化作为教育教学活动的重要组成部分，对促进学生的全面发展、推动高校素质教育进程将起到举足轻重的作用。本文通过对高职院校学生活动文化现状的分析，探讨了如何构建具有高职特色的文化活动体系的主要思路，即高职院校应及时建立具有高职特色的学生活动文化体系，坚持以能力为本位，突出职业导向，根据学生的特点和需求，系统地引导接受活动、欢迎活动、积极参与活动，从而充分发挥学生活动文化体系的作用，有效地为实现高职人才培养工作质量服务。

Building a Cultural System of Students Activities in Vocational College

The culture of student activities, as an important part of educational teaching ac- tivities, will play a pivotal role in promoting the comprehensive development of students and accelerating the progress of quality-oriented education. This essay analyzes the current situa- tion of higher vocational college students＇ activities culture, and discusses how to construct the cultural system with higher vocational characteristic. Higher vocational colleges should establish student activities cultural system and bring its role into full play, so as to serve the improvement of talent training quality.
