| 摘 要： | 区域经济与高等教育是互动、协调发展的，本文分析了我国我国区域经济与区域高等教育发展现状，对高等教育对区域经济贡献的多角度研究，提出“四级办学，两级管理”的高等教育分层管理体系，以及引入市场机制建设现代大学城与发展二级学院等新思路和政策建议。

| Abstract: | Regional economy and higher education are developing side by side in a harmonious way. This essay analyses the current situation of regional economy and higher education, carries out multi - angle study on higher education ＇ s contribution to regional economy , andputs forward ＂fourlevel school running, two-level management＂ system as well as ideas and proposals on introducing market mechanism to the construction of modern university town and secondary college development. |
