| Abstract: | With more and more foreign-flagged ships sailing in the Yangtze River,the maritime accidents concerning ships flying foreign flag are increased.This article discusses the existing features and problems of the management for these accidents and puts forward to some proposals for improving the maritime accidents investigation concerning ships flying foreign flag in the Yangtze River. |
