| 摘 要： | 高职院校校园文化建设是国家示范性高职院校建设的应有之义,是高职院校内涵建设的核心内容。特色校园文化的培育需要行业、区域、企业、大学四类文化要素的有机融合,精神、管理、组织、环境四个文化构成的一体化安排;需要系统化的教育活动设计,规范化的管理体系构建,基地化的活动载体建设,品牌化的教育项目培育。

| Abstract: | Vocational college campus culture construction is a part of national higher voca-tional college model building and it is the core contents in connotation construction.The cultivation of characteristic campus needs four cultural elements organizing properly,i.e.industry,zone ,enterprise and university as well as systematic design of educational activities ,standardization of management system,construction of integrated activities and branded education programs cultivation. |
