高职商务管理专业实训教学体系的构建

构建相对独立的商务管理专业实训教学体系，应实现单项实训与综合实训相互街接；实训教学体系应是一个从虚到实逐步递进、开放式的体系，它包括感性认知实训、模拟实训、和实体企业实训等模块。实训形式主要有案例讨论、管理文案撰写、体验式教学、电子化模拟等。

On Establishment of the Training System of Business Administration Specialty

Constructing relatively independent practical training and teaching system of the Business Administration, we should integrate individual practical training with comprehensive practical training. The practical training teaching system should be an open system which is from suppositional theory leaning to solidly skills training on a gradual basis , including theory learning training project, skills practice project and on-job probation project in forms of case-study, management report writing, experience-obtaining practice and electronically emulation... etc..
