上市公司雇主品牌与企业绩效研究

摘    要:雇主品牌战略是企业整体品牌建设中新的竞争战略。企业之间的竞争已经远远超越了传统意义上的产品和技术的竞争,形成了对人才的竞争。本文主要论述了雇主品牌的概念,重点分析了雇主品牌与企业绩效的相关关系,最后对企业建设和管理雇主品牌进行了简要描述。

Abstract:The strategy of employer brand is a new strategy in enterprise competitive strategies.Nowadays,the competition among enterprises is turning to talent competition which goes beyond the traditional form of product and technology competition.This paper largely discusses the concept of employer brand,analyzes especially the correlation between employer brand and enterprise performance,then describes briefly enterprise construction and employer brand management.
