| 摘 要： | 为了解决蒸馏水机控制系统不能实现自动控制,断电丢失控制参数和蒸馏水温度波动大等缺陷,使系统工作安全可靠、运行平稳,提高蒸馏水产量和质量,本文根据蒸馏水机的控制要求,用三菱PLC和触摸屏重新设计了PLC控制程序和触摸屏中文画面,完善了蒸馏水机的控制系统。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that the original system of distilled water machine can not realize auto control,lose control parameter after power cut,distilled water tempera ture waves big and so on,and to make the whole system run securely,reliably and calmly,yield and quality of the distilled water are enhanced.According to the control demand of the distilled water machine,the writer have redesigned PLC control program and touch screen Chinese menu through the use of Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen,and perfected the control system of distilled water machine. |
