摘    要:以Z6150ZLCZ-5型船用柴油机为分析了对象,分析了供油提前角、启喷压力、海水温度等对柴油机排放、油耗的影响,在此基础上对原有机型进行了改进。通过对改进机型进行排放测试,证明各方面的改进取得了预期的效果。该试验研究为船用柴油机满足排放控制的要求拓宽了思路,为该机型的进一步改进提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:Based on the Z6150ZLCZ-5 marine diesel engine as the research object, impacts of injection timing, injection pressure, seawater temperature on diesel engine emissions and fuel consumption are studied. Based on this, the original model has been improved. The desired effect has been achieved through emission test of the improved model. The experimental re- search widens the solutions for the marine diesel engine to meet emission control require- ments and provides a reliable basis for the further improvement of the improved model.
