浅谈以就业为导向的高职院校体育课程教学改革

现在国家大力发展职业教育,这一政策也极大促进了高职院校的快速发展,高等职业教育已越来越受到人们的重视。但近几年就业形势日趋严峻,大学生就业问题已经成为社会重点关注的话题,高职院校的学生起点比本科生低,相对就业的稳定性也较差。"以就业为导向"已成为众多高职院校教育改革的重要目标,作为高等职业教育重要组成部分的体育教学也应设置相应的教学观念,对传统体育课程进行改革,不仅要满足学生身心发展的需要,更需要培养和提高与未来职业有关的职业体育技能,将体育教育服务于高职类大学生就业。

On Employment-oriented Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the great development of vocational education in China,vocational colleges have also been developing greatly and fast,and higher vocational education are grasping more and more attention.However,the severe employment situation for college students is also becoming more and focused recently,and vocational college graduates are facing more difficulties in the job market compared with undergraduates.＂Employment-oriented＂has become an important goal of higher vocational education goal;therefore,physical education in higher vocational college also should be reformed and innovated accordingly so that the physical education should not only help students to grow mentally and physically healthy but also should help students master certain job-related sports and eventually help them to be employed.
