| 摘 要： | 安全制度与安全文化是企业安全管理的两大组成部分，两者缺一不可。本文从文化的基本概念入手，结合企业安全文化建设实例，对企业安全文化建设进行了分析，指出安全文化是企业安全管理的原动力，认为每个员工的安全行为与企业安全文化良好的一致性，将有利于更好激发员工的工作积极性，有利于企业乃至社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Both safety system and safety culture are part and parcel of the enterprises＂ safety management. The article started from the basic notion of the culture, connected with the enterprise examples, analyzed the company＇s culture deeply and pointed out that the safety culture is the motivity of safety management. At the same time, every employee＇s safety behavior is consistency with the enterprise＇s good safety culture, which is good to motivate the employees＇ motivation and promotes the enterprise even the country to develop harmoniously. |
