| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育开展职业技能培训工作不仅是建设社会主义需要,也是自身发展的需要。职业技能培训是实现其人才培养目标的重要内容,根据培训中存在的不足,本文从对培训的需求出发,遵循成人教育规律,对成人高等教育改革提出了应对的对策。
