| 摘 要： | 创业教育是适应高等学校人才培养需求的新的教育模式,创业教育是以精神和能力为核心的教育。各大院校基本上都在开展创业教育,但在具体的实施过程中存在着目的性不强、模式单一等诸多问题,针对目前高职院校工科类专业人才培养的过程,以应用电子技术专业为例,结合创业教育的培养模式,提出如何在校内工厂背景下,提出将创业教育与专业教育及专业素质培养相融合的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship education is a new education mode which can meet the talent training requirements in higher vocational college,which puts emphasis on entrepreneurial spirit and ability.Entrepreneurship education is very popular in colleges,but there exist lots of problems during the implementation process.According to the talent training process of engineering majors in vocational colleges,this essay takes applied electronic technology specialty as an example to put forward the ways of integration between entrepreneurship Education and professional education through In-School factory. |
