层次分析法选择供应商的研究

科学合理地选择供应商，既是企业正常运营的基础和保证，又关系到整个供应链的效率和企业竞争力。本文分析了供应商评价指标体系所应遵循的一般原则，把层次分析法应用到供应商选择问题中，有利于定性指标的定量化，减少了传统供应商评价中过多的主观性；把供应商的选择过程具体化，可明显地提高企业选择供应商的效率。该方法综合考虑了诸如价格、质量和服务等因素在选择供应商时的比重，同时考虑了实际的政策、供应能力等约束条件，在实际运用中具有可行性和实际意义。

On Analytic Hierarchy Process of Selecting Supplier

Selecting suppliers in a scientific way is foundation and guarantee of efficient company operation as well as the key to make the supply chain efficient and the enterprise competitive. Through analysis on Index Evaluation System of Suppliers, this paper proposes the ways of application of AHP method for selecting suppliers more efficiently. The specific gravity of price, product quality and service as well as relevant policy and supply ability of suppliers have been considered in this method, which will be feasible in practical application.
