摘    要:人力资源是第一资源,人力资源是高职院校提升竞争力和发展力的关键因素,也是其管理的核心内容。本文在简述激励的基本概念和简要分析高职院校人力资源管理现状的基础上,提出了高职院校人力资源管理中建立激励机制应遵循的原则,探讨了重塑高职院校人力管理中建立激励机制的途径和方法。

Abstract:Human resources are the primary resources, they are not only the key to enhance the competitiveness and development force for higher vocational colleges, but also the core of management. This paper first briefly explains the concept of inspiritment and analyzes the current status of human resources in higher vocational colleges, then brings out the principles for college management to establish incentive mechanism, and finally puts forward some channels and methods to set up an incentive system.
