“五年一贯制”学生管理的研究

随着教育事业的发展和推进,为适应市场的需求和受教育者的要求,改变传统的教育体制。湖北省即将在高职院校中推行高职人才培养一体化改革,扩大"五年一贯制"试点,由过去的中职学生参加湖北省统一考试、录取,才能进入高职阶段的学习,改为通过学校对中职阶段学生考核,合格后直接转入高职阶段继续学习。这项改革无疑对高职院校提出了新的课题,我院作为高职试点院校,针对高职人才培养一体化改革要求,根据"五年一贯制"培养目标及学生特点,本文就学生管理方面谈谈一点想法。

On Students Management Based on Five-year Talents Training Reform in Higher Vocational Education

With the development of education industry in China ,it is of great necessity to re-form the traditional education mechanism so as to meet the demands of the market and the educatees .The integrated talents training reform will be carried out in the higher vocational education of Hubei province and the “five-year Vocational education” will be promoted .In the past ,the secondary vocational students can only get enrolled into higher vocational colle-ges by attending a unified examination ,but after the reform they can enter the higher voca-tional college only by getting a “pass” in the assessment from their secondary vocational school .With no doubt ,this reform has opposed great challenge for higher vocational colle-ges ,and especially for students’ management work .This essay proposes some ideas on the students’ management work according the reform requirements ,the five-year talents train-ing goal ,and the students’ characteristics .
