| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国高职教育目前面临的困境，以及高职院校内设高职研究所的现状，从高职院校学校领导重视不够，认识不清、高职教育研究所自身的研究方向及目标定位不准确、研究队伍参差不齐，专业化程度不够等方面，分析了我国高职院校内设高职研究所存在的问题，并提出了相应的具体措施。

| Abstract: | This essay describes the dilemma Chinese higher vocational education is facing, analyses the current situation and points out the existing problems of higher vocational education research institute building in colleges-there isn＇t enough importance attached; the research institute itself is lack of clear aim and positioning; research team is not qualified and professional, etc. Accordingly, corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
