| 摘 要： | 本文对当前有关船公司、船舶对航行长江中、上游浅滩及船舶枯水期限制船舶吃水的热点问题，进行了分析，探讨了在安全保障的前提下，尽可能提高船舶载运量，充分发挥长江水运在西部经济大发展中的重要作用的问题。
