铁路客运专线列控系统的设计

摘    要:客运专线是国家“中长期铁路网规划”的重要组成部分。作为高速铁路运行安全保障的信号系统中的CTCS-3列控子系统国内尚未制定技术要求,可通过引进与CTCS--3列控系统技术标准相近的欧洲成熟运用的ETCS--2系统,再结合我国路情进行适应性修改,通过消化吸收再创新,最终形成具有自主知识产权的CTCS--3级列控系统。本文介绍了时速300km的客运专线列控系统的主要组成及其功能。

Abstract:Special railway line of passengers transportation is an important part of medium/long-term layout of our railway web.CTCS-3,a railway safety gurantee signal control system,can be operated by the introduction of ETCS-2 European standard as we haven't stipulated any technical criterion up to now.The standard needs to be modified according to our own situations.Thus we can attain independent intellectual property rights of CTCS-3 railway control system.This paper presented the propositions and the functions of the control system for the special trains with 300km/h for transporting passengers.
