| 摘 要： | 根据滚轮运动的特点,在水上专业学生固定滚轮教学中,采用循序渐进原则,探讨了开展滚轮运动的意义及应注意的问题,通过正确引导,消除了学生的恐惧心理,同时结合相关模仿练习,使学生对固定滚轮产生兴趣,从而提高了教学效果与训练质量。

| Abstract: | According to the hoop movement characteristic and the function,in the navigation class specialized student fixed hoop teaching,uses proceeds in an orderly way the principle,explained the development hoop movement the significance and should pay attention the question,eliminates the student dread through the correct guidance,at the same time unifies the correlation imitation practice,causes the student to have the interest to the fixed hoop,thus enhances the teaching effect. |
