| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校发展规划是学校未来5年发展的蓝图与框架性发展＂路线图＂,战略分析是规划编制的基础与前提。本文以武汉船舶职业技术学院发展规划为例,提出的适应高职院校的特点的战略分析工具的选择、战略分析的主要目标与内容、战略分析的依据与原则等战略分析,对高职院校规划编制工作具有借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | The five-year plan is a blue map for the future development of colleges and a road map for colleges to follow.The basis and precondition of drawing the plan is strategic analysis.This paper,taking the development planning of Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology as an example,introduces the strategic analysis requirements such asthe choice of the tool for strategic analysis suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational education,the major purpose and content,the basis and principles and so on,which may be useful for the woven of colleges＇ development plan. |
