将拓展训练引入湖北省高职院校就业心理工作的可行性研究

近年来,随着我国中部崛起工作目标的逐步落实,中部地区的市场经济不断发展,湖北省高职院校毕业生的数量逐年快速增加,岗位供给与需求的矛盾日益激烈,就业压力越来越大。湖北省高职院校毕业生所面临就业时的各种心理问题也日渐突出,从而暴露出大部分毕业生在就业心态上出现了许多深层次的问题。本文拟通过对湖北省高职院校毕业生的心理状态和心理特点进行的相关调查和研究,掌握其心理活动规律和思想状况,从而增强湖北省高职院校就业指导工作的科学性、预见性、针对性和实践性。

The Expansion Training in Employment Psychological Work Feasibility Study of the Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,with China＇s central rise gradually implement the work target,the central region of the market economy has developed smothly,the number of graduates in Hubei Province has increased rapidly,the contradiction of supply and demand of post graduates obtaining employment become more and more big.Graduates in Hubei Province facing the problem that employment psychology also becomes more and more serious,which reveales most graduate employment psychology in appeared on many problems in depth.Based on the graduates of Hubei Province of psychology and the psychological characteristics of the relevant investigation and research,this paper simulates the psychological activities and aims to strengthen employment of Hubei Province in higher vocational colleges of science.
