摘    要:研究证明语音加工技能在英语母语个体的读写能力发展中具有核心作用。语音意识是语音加工技能中最重要的部分。本文探讨了国内外近年来在语音意识方面的研究,以期揭示出语音意识对英语教学的帮助和启示。

Abstract:Some researches have proved that phonological processing skills play a core role in literacy development of English native speakers.Phonological awareness is the most important part of phonological processing skills.The study on English phonological awareness can bring us some inspiration on English teaching.In China ,English teachers should pay enough attention to the achievements which have been got in the field of phonological awareness and use them to guide their teaching practice.
