| 摘 要： | 针对目前城市交通面临的问题,系统地提出城市道路交通规划设计方案（三个层次）;在此基础上,分析和研究城市路网规划应遵循的原则,并提出六种城市路网交通规划方案;最后分析经济和政策对交通规划的影响,及明确它们彼此间的协调发展关系。这些为城市路网交通规划的具体工作、以及它与经济、政策的协调发展关系提供了指导。
