城市出租车运力投放区域及其增量策略

为合理确定城市出租车投放区域和发展规模,以佛山市为例,对出租车运力投放区域进行分析,提出了对出租车运力投放实施＂全市统筹、分区投放、分区管理＂的策略。通过采用居民出行周转量、出租车有效行驶里程和出租车空驶率来建立出租车增量计算公式,计算出佛山市各区域出租车新增运力数量及其应对策略,确保出租车行业健康稳定持续发展。

Increment Strategy and Capability on Area of City Taxi

In order to define the taxi′s capability on area and its development,it proposes a strategy of＂plan as a whole city,distribute according to different area and manage separately in every area＂which is based on the analysis of specific data of capability on area of taxi in Foshan.It also establishes mathematic model of taxi increment by calculating volume of the circular flow of the residents,the effective road haul of the taxi and empty loaded rate,counts out the new increment of taxi in Foshan and a strategy to the increase,so as to make sure the health and sustainable development of the taxi industry.
