摘    要:使用WBS工作分解结构方法对高速公路机电工程施工中的风险源进行简单识别,其中包含对联合设计、设备采购和进场、设备安装和调试以及设备检测几个阶段中风险源的识别。通过对高速公路机电工程施工风险来源的识别,进而对风险评估、响应和控制进行分析,制定出风险防范方案,在工程实施过程中便可以最大可能地减少损失并实现工期要求。
