摘    要:桥涵抗水毁设计的安全性评价对于减少高速公路桥涵水毁具有重要意义。将模糊数学方法与桥涵抗水毁设计安全性评价相结合,应用层次分析法确定各项评价指标的权重,建立适合模糊综合评价理论的秦巴山区高速公路桥梁抗水毁设计安全性评价体系。根据二级模糊评判矩阵计算结果,采用最大隶属度法,对十天高速公路某大桥进行安全性评价,判断出该桥梁抗水毁设计安全。
