Under the premise of guarantee highway construction smooth development, how to lower environmental cost for high speed highway construction, that should be resolved to realize the sustainable development of highway construction. Through the analysis of noise source and its sphere of influence and the effect of vibration, this paper proposed some prevention measures to ensure the healthy development of highway construction and then achieve integrate of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.
