| Abstract: | It introduces the development history of signal control algorithm at intersection,summa-rizes its application situation and research status,and analyzes the development trends of signal control from aspects of control areas,technology and thoughts.New technology and methods should be explored to make signal control system step a higher level so that the road network capacity can be enhanced to meet the growing traffic demand. |
