| Abstract: | Controlling the construction project cost usually begins when the project is established,after that,the general estimate of preliminary design is usually taken as the control criterion.Therefore,the design phase of construction document is the key phase to control the investment.According to that,the optimization design and making construct cost resonable is very important to control the construct cost. |
