| 摘 要： | 目前,我国大城市交通问题十分严峻,交通拥堵在时间与空间上呈现蔓延扩展趋势,拥挤程度也在不断加剧。因此,优先发展城市公共交通是提高交通资源利用效率、缓解交通拥堵的重要手段。
